Notice of Intention to take Land in the Borough of Marton for Housing Purposes

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for housing purposes: And notice is hereby further given that the plans of the land required to be taken are deposited in the post-office at Marton and are there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Situated in the Borough of Marton.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Notice of Intention to take Land in the City of Auckland for Housing Purposes

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for housing purposes: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Auckland and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 5 acres. Being Lot 9, D.P. 8264, being part Allotments 9 and 10, District of Tamaki, City of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 223, folio 35, Auckland Land Registry.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124500, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for housing purposes: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Auckland and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 5 acres. Being Lot 5, D.P. 8264, being part Allotment 10, District of Tamaki, City of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 746, folio 166, Auckland Land Registry.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124499, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Notice of Intention to take Land in Block IX, Mount Robinson Survey District, for Road

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Levin and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 2 acres 0 roods 33·5 perches.

Being part Oturoa No. 2 Block.

Situated in Block IX, Mount Robinson Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124633, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to section 79 of the Social Security Act, 1938, I, Arnold Henry Nordmeyer, Minister of Health for the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby determine that the benefits provided by the Social Security (Dental Benefits) Regulations 1946 will be available throughout New Zealand on and after the 1st day of February, 1947.
