Additional Land taken for a Technical School in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 rood 17Β·6 perches.
Being part Town Reserve 125, City of Christchurch (formerly part Fife Street, now stopped).
Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124154, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of December, 1946.

Land taken for a Dwellinghouse and Depot in Block VI, Ongo Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a dwellinghouse and depot and shall vest in the Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric-power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 23 perches.
Being Lot 66, D.P. 297, being part Hapopo Block, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume, 54, folio 202 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of December, 1946.

Land taken for the Purposes of River Diversion and River Works in Blocks V and IX, Haurangi Survey District, Featherston County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of river diversion and river works and shall vest in the South Wairarapa River Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 30 acres 3 roods 20 perches.
Being part Section 75 and part Lot 22, D.P. 1942, being part Section 65 and accretion, and part Section 84, Turanganui Block.
Situated in Blocks V and IX, Haurangi Survey District (Wellington R.D.). (S.O. 21314.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123765, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of December, 1946.
