Additional Land taken for a Post-office in the Town District of Waiuku

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 39.7 perches. Being Allotment 11, Village of Waiuku.
Situated in Block III, Maioro Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34121.)
In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124459, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of November, 1946.

Additional Land taken for a Public School in the Borough of Eastbourne

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 16.23 perches. Being part Lot 43, D.P. 1256, being part Sections 37 and 39, Harbour District (Borough of Eastbourne).
Situated in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 21443.) In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124234, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
