*Kaitaia .. Any station on the North and South Island Main Line and Branches or the Nelson Section Rail and Department’s Road Service via Otiria Junction.
*Whakatane .. Any station on the North and South Island Main Line and Branches or the Nelson Section Rail and Department’s Road Service via Rotorua or Whakatane West.
*Opotiki .. Any station on the North and South Island Main Line and Branches or the Nelson Section Rail and Department’s Road Service via Rotorua or Taneatua.
*Gisborne .. Any station on the North Island Main Line and Branches Rail and Department’s Road Service via Rotorua or Taneatua.
  • See Regulation 46, paragraph 13A, for excess luggage charges.

(e) From any officered station on the South Island Main Line and Branches, including City Booking-office, Christchurch, to any station on the North Island Main Line and Branches via Lyttelton or Picton.

(g) From the Department’s overseas steamer booking-offices on the wharves at Auckland and Wellington to any station.

(h) From any officered station on the North or South Island Main Line and Branches, including the City Booking-offices at Courtenay Place (Wellington) and Christchurch, to overseas vessels, operated by such companies as may be approved by the General Manager, at the following ports :—

Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, Dunedin, and Bluff.

Paragraph 11 : By omitting—

  1. For each luggage check issued at the Department’s wharf booking-offices at Auckland and Wellington, as provided for in paragraph 1, subparagraph (g), the charge will be as follows :—
