Waterfront Industry Emergency Regulations 1946.—Appointment of Onehunga Port Committee

PURSUANT to the Waterfront Industry Emergency Regulations 1946,* the Minister of Labour doth hereby appoint the following persons to be the Port Committee for the Port of Onehunga for a term expiring on the 30th day of April, 1947 :—

Harold Ruegg, Chairman; and
James Clayton Frankham, Cecil Owen Hughes, and Richard Martin (nominated by the New Zealand Waterside Employers’ Association Industrial Association of Employers); and
Angus Field, James Sommerville, and Fred Warrington (nominated by the New Zealand Waterside Workers’ Industrial Union of Workers).

Dated at Wellington, this 31st day of October, 1946.

PURSUANT to the powers conferred upon me by Regulation 3:2 of the Dairy Factory Managers Regulations 1941, I, Benjamin Roberts, Minister of Agriculture, hereby appoint—

(2) On the recommendation of the New Zealand Dairy Board—

being a dairy company director;

(3) On the recommendation of the Board of Governors of the Massey Agricultural College—

being a member of the staff of the Massey Agricultural College;

(4) Hubert John Petch, Esquire,

to be members of the Dairy Factory Managers Registration Board established by the said regulations.
