Land taken for a Recreation Centre in Block VII, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Physical Welfare and Recreation Act, 1937, and the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation centre and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hauraki as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 149 acres 2 roods 8 perches.
Being Section 10 (Waitakaruru Settlement).
Situated in Block VII, Piako Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33094.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123755, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of October, 1946.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation-ground; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 29 perches. Being part Section 22, Square 46.

Situated in Block XIII, Motupiko Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9427.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124078, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of October, 1946.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for pleasure-grounds and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of November; one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
