Land taken for a Post-office in the Borough of Papatoetoe

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 35·4 perches.
Being part Lot 8, D.P. 15886, and being portion of Allotment 37 of the Parish of Manurewa (Borough of Papatoetoe), and the whole of the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 829, folio 209 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of October, 1946.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
