Manchester Block, and Block VI, Oroua Survey District, to a
point at the intersection of the southern side of Makino Road;
thence north-easterly along a right line to the westernmost corner
of Section 313B, Block III, Oroua Survey District, being a point on
the western extremity of Benson’s Road; thence easterly along
the southern side of Benson’s Road to its intersection with the
eastern side of Sinclair’s Road; thence northerly along the eastern
side of Sinclair’s Road to the south-western corner of Section 296,
Block XV, Ongo Survey District; thence easterly along the
southern boundaries of Sections 296, 297, 298, and northerly along
the eastern boundary of Section 298, Block XV, Ongo Survey
District, and easterly and northerly along the southern and eastern
boundaries of Sections 25, Block XV, Ongo Survey District, to and
across to the north-western side of Waituna Valley Road; thence
generally north-easterly along the north-western side of Waituna
Valley Road and Kiwitea-Tapuae Road to its intersection with the
southern side of Tutaewhio Road; thence again north-easterly
along a right line, through Lot 1, D.P. 2061, being portion of
Otamakapua No. 1K, Sections 62 and 74, Block II, Apiti Survey
District, and Section 73, Block XIV, Hautapu Survey District, to
the intersection of the eastern side of Ruae Road and the southern
side of Watershed Road; thence easterly generally along the
southern side of the said Watershed Road, the western and southern
sides of Hinau Road, Pukerimu Road, and Te Parapara Road to a
point in line with the southern boundary of Section 19, Block I,
Umutoi Survey District; thence to and along the southern
boundary of the said Section 19 to its intersection with the western
boundary of Section 21, Block I, Umutoi Survey District; thence
easterly along a right line through Sections 21, 22, 24, Block I,
Umutoi Survey District, and State Forest Reserve in Blocks I and
II, Umutoi Survey District, to Mangahuia Trig. Station; thence
northerly along a right line to Pourangaki Trig.; thence south-
easterly along a right line to Trig. Station Te Hekenga and the
production of that line to the summit of Tararua Ranges, being
the eastern boundary of the Kiwitea County, as described in the
New Zealand Gazette of 1926, at page 3515; thence northerly along
the eastern boundary of Kiwitea County and the eastern boundary
of Rangitikei County, as described in the New Zealand Gazette of
1922, at page 2788, to the intersection of the eastern boundary of
the Rangitikei County with the southern boundary of the Taupo
County, as described in the New Zealand Gazette of 1933, at page 12;
thence north-westerly along a right line to Trig. Station Pikiawatea,
Ahipaepae Survey District, Block IX, and again north-westerly
along a right line to Trig. Station R, Kopua, Block IX, Tokaanu
Survey District; thence north-westerly generally along a right
line to Trig. Station Tokapiko, Block VIII, Otanake Survey District;
thence westerly along a right line to Trig. Station Ngapakoro,
Block VIII, Maungamangero Survey District, and the production
of that line to the sea-coast; thence southerly generally along the
sea-coast to a point in line with the north-western side of Hunia
Terrace (Town of Himatangi Beach), Block III, Sandy Survey
District, being the point of commencement.

Council is empowered to undertake, the Wanganui City Council
hereby joins in giving and affirms the said notice.
