Cancellation of Commission in the Royal New Zealand Navy

Wellington, 9th October, 1946.
HIS Excellency the Governor-General, in virtue of the provisions of section 6 of the Naval Defence Act, 1913; and of Article 33 of the New Zealand Naval Regulations, has cancelled the commission in the Royal New Zealand Navy of Lieutenant (S) Keith Raymond Wilding Kear for misconduct.
