hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Bruce
County Council on the fifteenth day of April, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-six, viz. :

“The Bruce County Council, being the local authority
having control of the roads in the County of Bruce, by resolution

declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-
eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the
north-eastern side of portions of road fronting part Section 1,
Block V, North Tuakitoto District, and the north-western
side of portion of road fronting part Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
and 7, Block V, North Tuakitoto District ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side
of the portions of the unnamed road firstly described in the Schedule
hereto, or the north-western side of the portion of the unnamed
road secondly described in the Schedule hereto, within a distance
of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of
roads.

SCHEDULE

THE north-eastern side of all those portions of an unnamed road
situated in the Otago Land District, Bruce County, fronting part
Section 1, Block V, North Tuakitoto District.

Also the north-western side of all that portion of an unnamed road
situated in the said land district and county, fronting part
Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block V, North Tuakitoto District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 123511, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of
August, 1946

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Takaka
Town Board on the second day of July, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-six, viz. :

“The Takaka Town Board, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the Takaka Town District, by

resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply—firstly, to the north-western, northern, and north-eastern
sides of portion of an unnamed street fronting Subsection 5
of Section 9 and parts Subsections 1 and 2 of Section 9, District
of Takaka ; secondly, to the south-western side of the portion
of the said street fronting part Subsection 1 of the said
Section 9 ; and, thirdly, to the western side of the portion of
an unnamed street fronting part Subsection 1 of the said
Section 9, all of the said land being comprised and described in
Certificates of Title, Volume 33, folio 223, and Volume 48,
folio 67 (Nelson Land Registry) ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western,
northern, and north-eastern sides of portions of the unnamed street
firstly described in the Schedule hereto, the south-western side of
the portion of the unnamed street secondly described in the Schedule
hereto, or the western side of the portion of the unnamed street
thirdly described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-
five feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

portion of unnamed street situated in the Nelson Land District,
Takaka Town District, fronting Subsection 5 of Section 9 and parts
Subsections 1 and 2 of Section 9, District of Takaka.

Also the south-western side of all that portion of the said
unnamed street situated in the said land district and town district,
fronting part Subsection 1 of Section 9, District of Takaka.

Also the western side of all that portion of unnamed street
situated in the said land district and town district, fronting part
Subsection 1 of Section 9, District of Takaka.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 122854, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Waimea County Council on the twelfth day of April, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-six, viz. :

“The Waimea County Council, being the local authority
having control of the roads in the Waimea County, by

resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to the western portion of Rising Sun Valley Road
fronting Section 186A and part Section 187 ; northern portion
of public road fronting part Section 187 and Section 14 ;
eastern portion of public road fronting Section 186 and part
Section 187 ; southern portion of public road fronting Section
186 and part Section 186A, Moutere, Block IV, Wai-iti Survey
District, and contained in the Certificates of Title 31/67,
38/207, 42/167, and 44/237 ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of the
roads (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-
five feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.

THE western side of all that portion of road situated in the Nelson
Land District, County of Waimea, known as Rising Sun Valley
Road, fronting parts Sections 186A and 187, District of Moutere,
Block IV, Wai-iti Survey District.

Also the northern side of all that portion of road situated in
the said land district and county, fronting Section 14 and part
Section 187, District of Moutere, Block IV, Wai-iti Survey District.

Also the eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the
said land district and county, fronting Section 186 and part
Section 187, District of Moutere, Block IV, Wai-iti Survey District.

Also the southern side of all that portion of road situated in
the said land district and county, fronting Section 186 and part
Section 186A, District of Moutere, Block IV, Wai-iti Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 123657, deposited in the office of the Minister of

August, 1946

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act, 1908, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council
made on the eighteenth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-three, and published in the Gazette on the
twenty-first day of the same month at page 2429, whereby powers
of appointing and removing trustees in respect of the Arundel
Cemetery were delegated to the Geraldine County Council.

PURSUANT to section fifty-five of the Cemeteries Act, 1908,
I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
appoint the

Geraldine County Council

to be the trustees of the cemetery within the meaning of the said
Act known as the Arundel Cemetery, being the land described in
the Schedule hereto, and to have the control and management
thereof.

RESERVE 2964, Block VI, Orari Survey District : Area, 3 acres
1 rood 7 perches.
