Road traversing Native Land proclaimed as a Public Road in Block VI, Waiapu Survey District, Gisborne Land District

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the road described in the Schedule hereto traverses Native land and has been used by the public as a public road and has been formed, improved, and maintained out of public funds:
And whereas the Native Land Court, by an order made on the eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, and issued pursuant to section four hundred and eighty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, ordered and declared the said road to be a public road:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1518, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2956, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of July, 1946.

WHEREAS the road described in the Schedule hereto traverses Native land and has been used by the public as a public road:
And whereas the Native Land Court, by an order made on the eighteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, and issued pursuant to section four hundred and eighty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, ordered and declared the said road to be a public road:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road:

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/3011, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2953, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of July, 1946.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out in Blocks IV and VIII, Otanake Survey District, Auckland Land District, to be a Public Road

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twenty-seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, duly laid ont as a road-line in pursuance of section four hundred and seventy-eight of the Native Land Act, 1931:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the said Act:
And whereas one month's notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred and eighty-seven of the said Act:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, duly laid out as road-lines in pursuance of section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-lines should be proclaimed as a public road and notifications to that effect have been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931:
And whereas one month's notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-lines as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931:
