A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with and subject to the mutual grant of party-wall easements created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 75659, Wellington Land Registry, for public buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 30·7 perches.
Being part Section 329, Town of Palmerston North, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 133, folio 210 (Wellington Land Registry).
