IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 154, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 96 of 14th December, 1944, together with amendments thereto, as published in the—

This revocation affects the undertakings set forth hereunder :—
The removal of Army buildings from Waterloo, Pahautanui, and McKay’s Crossing and the re-erection of same at Trentham Military Camp.
Construction work on the Lower Nihotapu Dam (Auckland City water-supply).
Construction work on freezing-works buildings for Thomas Borthwick and Sons (Australasia), Ltd., at Waitara.
Construction work on residential, administrative, and factory buildings and garage for Dairy Products, Ltd., at Kapuni, Taranaki.
The construction of a new factory, seed-store, and cleaning-shed for the Linseed Products Division of Dominion Industries, Ltd., at Dunedin.
Construction work on reservoir at Nae Nae (Hutt Valley water-supply).
Remodelling and rebuilding of freezing chambers for Taranaki Producers’ Freezing Works Co., Ltd., at New Plymouth.

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Industry No. 158, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 52 of 9th August, 1945, together with the amendment thereto, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 65 of 18th October, 1945.

NOTE.—This revocation affects all work in connection with the construction of hydro-electric generating plant at Karapiro, Maraetai, Kaitawa, and Lake Tekapo, and the construction of a storage dam and work incidental thereto at the Cobb River Hydro-electric Power-station, including the construction of hydro-electric generating plant at these places by any Department of State. This revocation also affects all contractors and subcontractors carrying out any work in connection with the hydro-electric schemes mentioned above, including the provision of accommodation and meals for workers employed on them.
