Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.-Revocation of Declaration of Essential Industry No. 1 and Amendment

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Industry No. 1, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 8 of 22nd January, 1942, together with the amendment thereto, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 23 of 5th March, 1942.
Dated this 31st day of January, 1946.

Note.β€”This revocation affects the industry of electric-power production and supply, including Government undertakings engaged therein, and including also the construction and maintenance of works for the generation, storage, and distribution of electrical energy.
