NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland Electric-power Board proposes, under the provisions of the Auckland Electric-power Board Act, 1921–22, and the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—namely, the erection of electric and/or administration works—and for the purposes of such public work and for the general purposes of the Board the existing estate of leasehold in the lands described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken : And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Secretary to the said Board, situate in the Power Board Building, Queen Street, Auckland C. 1, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Secretary of the said Board, in the Power Board Building, Queen Street, Auckland C. 1.

ALL that the existing estate of leasehold in Lots 58, 59, and 60, Deposited Plan 27467, containing 3 roods 34·17 perches, part Allotment 1, Section 11, Suburbs of Auckland (Nuffield Street). All land in certificate of title, Vol. 832, folio 241 (Auckland Registry), as coloured blue on said plan deposited in the said public office of the said Board.
