PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangaroa County, containing by admeasurement 42 acres, more or less, situated in Block XII, Maungataniwha Survey District, being Allotment S.W. 57, Pupuke Parish. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 5/36, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
