In the matter of the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1922, and in the matter of the Special Area defined by resolution of the Board dated the 17th day of April, 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of the 26th day of April, 1923, and as altered under the provisions of section 5, Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1922, by resolution of the Christchurch Drainage Board dated the 15th day of February, 1927, the 21st day of June, 1927, the 16th day of April, 1930, the 16th day of February, 1932, the 21st day of March, 1933, the 19th day of November, 1935, the 26th day of May, 1936, the 25th day of June, 1936, the 22nd day of June, 1937, the 23rd day of November, 1937, the 22nd day of March, 1938, the 27th day of September, 1938, the 28th day of March, 1939, the 31st day of October, 1939, the 28th day of May, 1940, the 23rd day of July, 1940, the 22nd day of October, 1940, the 19th day of December, 1940, the 25th day of February, 1941, the 27th day of May, 1941, the 28th day of April, 1942, the 23rd day of November, 1943, the 19th day of June, 1945, and the 18th day of December, 1945, and published in the New Zealand Gazette Nos. 11, 54, 37, 14, 23, 89, 40, 46, 42, 2, 26, 13, 23, 143, 60, 102, 113, 6, 34, 58, 68, 23, and 11, dated the 3rd day of March, 1927, the 28th day of July, 1927, the 22nd day of May, 1930, the 25th day of February, 1932, the 6th day of April, 1933, the 5th day of December, 1935, the 18th day of June, 1936, the 16th day of July, 1936, the 8th day of July, 1937, the 20th day of January, 1938, the 31st day of March, 1938, the 2nd day of March, 1939, the 13th day of April, 1939, the 7th day of December, 1939, the 13th day of June, 1940, the 3rd day of October, 1940, the 7th day of November, 1940, the 13th day of January, 1941, the 23rd day of April, 1941, the 10th day of July, 1941, the 9th day of July, 1942, the 23rd day of March, 1944, and the 28th day of February, 1946, known as the "Sewer Extension Loan Special Area."

Pursuant to the powers vested in it by the Christchurch District Drainage Amentment Act, 1922, the Christchurch Drainage Board hereby resolves that the boundary of the said Special Area hereinbefore described and defined shall be further altered so as to include in the said Special Area all those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto; and further resolves that the said areas shall form part of and be included in the Subdivision B of the said Special Area, and that the boundaries of the said Subdivision B shall be altered accordingly so as to include all those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, being the north-eastern corner of Section 2, Wharenui Hamlet; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of the said Section 2, Sections 3, 4, and 5 of the said Wharenui Hamlet; thence easterly, southerly, and westerly along the northern, eastern, and southern boundaries respectively of the said Section 5, Wharenui Hamlet, to the eastern side of Middleton Road; thence northerly and westerly along the eastern and northern sides of Middleton Road; thence across Middleton Road to the northern side of Green's Lane; thence westerly along the northern side of Green's Lane to the south-western corner of the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 214, folio 277 (Canterbury District Land Registry); thence northerly along the western boundary of the said certificate of title, Vol. 214, folio 277, to the said south-western corner of Lot 1 on Deposit Plan 7071; thence easterly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 1, Deposit Plan 7071, to a point 3 chains west of Middleton Road; thence northerly parallel to Middleton Road and 3 chains distant therefrom to a point on the Special Area boundary; thence along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the eastern side of Quinn's Road and the Special Area boundary; thence proceeding easterly along the said Special Area boundary bearing 89° 17' distance 200 links; thence northerly and easterly bearing 179° 17' distance 554 links and bearing 89° 17' distance 240 links; thence northerly and westerly bearing 179° 17' distance 244 links and bearing 359° 17' distance 278 links; thence north-easterly bearing 342° approximate distance 245 links and bearing 339° 45' approximate distance 87 links approximately; thence northerly and easterly bearing 180° distance 230 links and bearing 90° distance 75 links; thence northerly and westerly bearing 180° distance 225 links and bearing 89° 17' distance 185 links to the eastern side of Quinn's Road; thence southerly generally along the eastern side of that road to the point of commencement.

THIRD SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, being the south-eastern corner of Lot 2 on plan deposited in the Canterbury District Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 7811; thence southerly and south-westerly along the western side of Centaurus Road to the south-western corner of Lot 10 on Deposit Plan No. 7826; thence northerly and easterly along the western and northern boundaries of the said Lot 10, Deposit Plan No. 7826, to the western corner of Lot 7 on the said Deposit Plan No. 7826; thence north-easterly and northerly along the western boundaries of the said Lot 7, Lots 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 on the said Deposit Plan No. 7826 to the north-western corner of the said Lot 1, Deposit Plan No. 7826, being a point on the Special Area boundary; thence along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

FOURTH SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, being the north-western corner of Lot 2 on Deposit Plan No. 6660; thence southerly along the western boundary of the said Lot 2, Deposit Plan No. 6660, to and across Grange Street to the north-eastern corner of Lot 11, Deposit Plan No. 11204; thence southerly and westerly along the eastern and southern boundaries of the said Lot 11, Deposit Plan No. 11204, to a point on the Special Area boundary; thence along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

FIFTH SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, being the north-eastern corner of Lot 7, Deposit Plan No. 4503; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 7, Lots 8 and 9 on the said Deposit Plan No. 4503, and Lot 1 on Deposit Plan No. 7434, to the northern corner of Lot 5 on the said Deposit Plan No. 4503; thence easterly, south-easterly, and southerly along the northern, north-eastern, and eastern boundaries of the said Lot 5, Deposit Plan No. 4503, to the north-western side of Centaurus Road; thence south-westerly along the north-western side of Centaurus Road to the eastern side of Aynsley Terrace; thence northerly along the eastern side of Aynsley Terrace and a line in prolongation thereof to a point on the Special Area boundary; thence along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

SIXTH SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, being the northernmost corner of Lot 1, Deposit Plan No. 12882; thence south-easterly along the south-western side of Opawa Road to the easternmost corner of Lot 9 on the said Deposit Plan No. 12882; thence westerly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 9, Lots 8 and 6 on the said Deposit Plan No. 12882; thence northerly along the western boundary of the said Lot 6, Lots 3, 2, and the said Lot 1 on the said Deposit Plan No. 12882, to the Special Area boundary; thence along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

SEVENTH SCHEDULE
