Classification of Road in Grey County
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by
the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-
vehicles Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport doth hereby
revoke that portion of the Warrant dated the 15th day of December,
1936, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 91 of the 17th
day of December, 1936, at page 2459, in so far as it relates to the
classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto, and doth
hereby approve of the Grey County Council’s proposed classification
of the road described in the said Schedule, and situated in the Grey
County.
SCHEDULE
GREY COUNTY
ROAD classified in Class Five: Available for the use thereon of any
multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle or any trailer which with the load
it is carrying has an axle weight of not more than 2½ tons on any one
axle, or of any other heavy motor-vehicle which with the load it is
carrying has an axle weight of not more than 3 tons on any one
axle:—
Paroa–Marsden–Dunganville Road (that portion from the 13-
mile peg to Dunganville and including the New River
Bridge).

Approval of Testing Officers under the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940
IN terms of Regulation 5 of the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940,
the Minister of Transport doth hereby approve of the persons
named in Column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being testing officers
under the said regulations for the authorities specified in Column 1
of the said Schedule.

The Palmerston North Milk Delivery Notice 1946, Amendment No. 2
PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1945,*
the Minister of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows:—

This notice may be cited as the Palmerston North Milk
Delivery Notice 1946, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together
with and deemed part of the Palmerston North Milk Delivery
Notice 1946† (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice). -
Clause (8) of the scheme described in the principal notice is
hereby amended as follows:—
(a) By revoking the words “R. and A. Cox” (relating to
deliveries in Zone 3), and substituting the words “H. E.
and E. M. Corston.”
(b) By revoking the words “Manawatu Milk and Cream Co.,
Ltd., Grey Street” (relating to deliveries in Zone 7),
and substituting the words “P. J. Dooney, 118 Linton
Street.”
(c) By revoking the words “V. W. Doull, 89 Victoria Avenue”
(relating to deliveries in Zone 11), and substituting the
words “John Seabrook.”
(d) By revoking the words “R. J. Weallens, Milson Line”
(relating to deliveries in Zone 14), and substituting the
words “I. I. Hay.”
(e) By revoking the words “A. E. Cox, 19 Regent Street”
(relating to deliveries in Zone 18), and substituting the
