PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Heretaunga Development Scheme.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Auto Machine Manufacturing Company, Limited, Industrial Union of Employers (pursuant to section 9 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925), registered No. 1711, situated at Auckland, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, it is my intention to cancel the registration of that industrial union after the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.
