of a Trust created by JAMES MCKEEMAN, late of Oturēhua,
in Otago, New Zealand, Farmer (deceased), in respect of

NOTICE is hereby given that the purposes of a trust created
under the will of the above-named James McKeeman for
the use of the lands described in the Schedule hereto as a home or
training farm for boys from the Presbyterian Boys’ Home at Dunedin
being impracticable and inexpedient, a scheme under the provisions
of the above Act for the sale of the said land and for the establish-
ment out of the net proceeds of such sale of a fund the income
from which is to be applied in and towards the training as farmers
of boys from the Presbyterian Boys’ Home at Dunedin has been
prepared and has been submitted to His Majesty’s Attorney-General
for New Zealand: And notice is also hereby given that a copy of
such scheme and of the Solicitor-General’s report thereon has been
filed at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Dunedin
and is open to inspection by the public without any fee or charge:
And notice is also hereby given that an application will be made
to the Supreme Court at Dunedin on the 11th day of June, 1946,
at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, or so soon thereafter as counsel
for the parties concerned can be heard, for an order for the adoption
of the said report and the approval of the said scheme.

All those parcels of land containing in the aggregate 220
acres 2 roods and 32 poles, more or less, being Sections 29 and 30,
Block XIII, Blackstone District, and being the whole of the land
comprised and described in certificate of title, Register-books,
Vol. 126, folio 269, and Vol. 175, folio, 264 (Otago Land Registry). -
All that parcel of land containing 525 acres, more of less,
being Run No. 224s in the Blackstone Survey District, in the
Land District of Otago, being the whole of the land comprised and
described in the lease of Small Grazing-run No. 1093, recorded
in Register-book, Vol. 251, folio 172 (Otago Land Registry).

MANUKAU COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928, and in the matter
of the Counties Act, 1920.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Manukau County Council
proposes, under the provisions of the above Acts, to execute
a certain public work—namely, the provision of land for a road
through part Orere and Taupo Block and part Orere North Block,
Block X, Wairoa Survey District, and Block II, Orere Survey
District—and for that purpose the land described in the Schedule
hereto is required to be taken.
A plan of the said land is deposited at the office of the said
Council, Shortland Street, Auckland, and is open to all persons
(without fee) during ordinary office hours.
All persons are called upon to state in writing any well-grounded
objections they may have to the execution of the said work or the
taking of the said land, and send such writing within forty days
from the first publication of this notice to the said Council at its
office. Date of first publication, 20th May, 1946.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land containing in the aggregate 18 acres 3 roods
13·6 perches, more or less, being parts Orere and Taupo Block and
Orere North Block, situated in Block X, Wairoa Survey District,
and Block II, Orere Survey District, in the County of Manukau,
and being parts of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 112, folio 295
(Auckland Registry). As the same is delineated on a plan deposited
in the Land Survey Office at Wellington under No. 33551, and
thereon coloured yellow.
