Election of Members of the Omata-Warea Bobby Calf Pool Committee

PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1946, notice has been received that—

Ernest Bowyer Corbett,
Guy Hector Bell,
Eric Morris Honeyfield,
Hubert Thomas Paul,
Ralph Cassie,
Albert Joseph Lilley,
Fred Pennington, and
Douglas Arthur Goodwin

have been duly elected to be members of the Omata-Warea Bobby Calf Pool Committee established by the said regulations.

Appointment of Members of the Waihao Bobby Calf Pool Committee

PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1946, notice is hereby given that the following persons, namely—

Cyril Francis Rose,
William Scarlett,
Angus James Sheddan,
John Cartwright,
William Simpson,
Michael Leonard,
John Stewart Matheson,
Cyril Griffiths Verity,
Ernest Samuel Marshall, and
George Murray

are duly appointed to be the first members of the Waihao Bobby Calf Pool Committee established under the said regulations.

Excluding Land from the Taheke Development Scheme

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 29th day of May, 1933, and published in Gazette No. 46 of the 22nd day of June of the same year, at page 1657, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Taheke Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Waiariki Native Land Court District, containing 3 acres 0 roods 22 perches, more or less, situate in Block X, Rotoiti Survey District, being that part of the land known as Taheke-Papakainga 5B Block, lying between Lake Rotoiti and the road traversing the said block, as is more particularly shown on Native Land Court Plan 11480 (red).

ALL that area of land in the Aotea Native Land Court District, containing 52 acres 0 roods 14 perches, more or less, situate in Block IX, Opunake Survey District, and called or known as Ngatikahumate No. 4.
