Land taken for a Post-office in the Borough of Whangarei

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

Situated in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33861.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123205, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of May, 1946.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street : 3·4 perches.
Being part Lot 4, D.P. 26372, being part Allotment 2, Te Rapa Parish (City of Hamilton).
Situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32864.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123202, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of May, 1946.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes.
