IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation
for gravel purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto;
and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the
Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act,
1924.

as a site for offices and buildings of the General Government over

consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint
The Waiapu County Council
to be the Hatea-arangi Park Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Wednesday, the twenty-second day of May, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-six, at ten o'clock a.m., as the time when, and
the Waiapu County Council Chambers, Te Puia Springs, as the
place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

revoke an Order in Council dated the eleventh day of November, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in the Gazette
of the twelfth day of that month, and doth hereby appoint—
