A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 8 acres 3 roods 26 perches.
Being part Subdivision E, Heretaunga Block, part Lot 41, Deeds Plan 83B.

Situated in the Borough of Hastings. (S.O. 2199.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123375, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
