Additional Land taken for a Recreation-ground in the Borough of New Lynn

A PROCLAMATION

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation-ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of New Lynn as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 1 rood. Being Section 7, Town of Wolseley.

Situated in the Borough of New Lynn (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33643.)

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123113, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of May, 1946.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmasterโ€™s residence) ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre. Being Lots 34, 35, 36, and 37, Deeds Registry Plan 2888, part Rural Section 5787.

Situated in Block XIV, Leeston Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 186, folio 33 (Canterbury Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of May, 1946.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood. Being part Allotment N 5, Hikurangi Parish.

Situated in Block XVI, Hukerenui Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33863.)

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123147, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of May, 1946.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for a Public School in Block VI, Coromandel Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 16 of the second day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, at page 209, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 11408, taking land for a public school in Block VI, Coromandel Survey District, such land being no longer required.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of May, 1946.
