IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

SCHEDULE

WAIKAKAHI DOMAIN.—CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

All that area containing by admeasurement 16·7 perches, more or less, being Reserve 4425, situated in Block XV, Waitaki Survey District.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being part Reserve 3486, situated in Block XV, Waitaki Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the west by Reserve 4425, 100 links; again towards the west and towards the north and east by Section 4, Block XV, Waitaki Survey District, 328·65 links, 1200 links, and 347·5 links respectively; and towards the south by other part of Reserve 3486, 407·83 links and 800·95 links.
