SCHEDULE
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 283 acres, more or less, and being Section 4, Block IV, Rotoiti Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of April, 1946.

Road traversing Native Land proclaimed as a Public Road in Blocks VII and VIII, Waoku Survey District, North Auckland Land District

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the road described in the Schedule hereto traverses Native land and has been used by the public as a public road :

And whereas the Native Land Court, by an order made on the sixteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, and issued pursuant to section four hundred and eighty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, ordered and declared the said road to be a public road :

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931 :

And whereas it is now expedient that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road :

Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road described in the Schedule hereto.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Kopurarawai Part 3A 2C Reserve and Residue, Block VI, Waihou Survey District, Auckland Land District, to be a Public Road

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, duly laid out as a road-line in pursuance of sections four hundred and seventy-eight, four hundred and seventy-nine, and four hundred and eighty-one of the Native Land Act, 1931 :

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the said Act :

And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred and eighty-seven of the said Act :

And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road :

Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the Native land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown under the authority of the said Act, do hereby proclaim that the said land has become Crown land.


SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land situated in the North Auckland Land District, Block XV, Omapere Survey District, containing by admeasurement 30 acres, more or less, and being part of Kohatu-o-te-Haua Block: Bounded towards the north by Section 8s and part Section 7s, Te Pua Settlement, 556·8 and 407·5 links; towards the east by part Kohatu-o-te-Haua Block, 1047·7 links, 2104·3 links, and 100 links; towards the south generally by a public road; towards the south-west, south, and west generally by part Kohatu-o-te-Haua Block (quarry), 524·5 links and 176·3 links, and by Ngaturitahau No. 1 and No. 2 Blocks, a swampy stream, and 685·4 links to the place of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan N.L. 13195, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Auckland, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of March, 1946.
