Including Additional Land in the Poroporo Development Scheme
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Poroporo Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Tairawhiti Native Land Court District, containing 24 acres 0 roods 38 perches, more or less, situate in Blocks XII and XVI, Mangaoporo Survey District, and called or known as Rotokautuku 1E 3.

Including Additional Land in the Te Araroa Development Scheme
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Te Araroa Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Tairawhiti Native Land Court District, containing 2,059 acres 2 roods 12 perches, more or less, situate in Blocks X and XIV, East Cape Survey District, being part of Lot 7, D.P. 2210, and being also part Marangairoa 1B 4 Block, and part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 57, folio 20 (Gisborne Registry).

Excluding Land from the Maketu Development Scheme
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 10th day of September, 1936, and published in Gazette No. 63 of the 24th day of the same month at page 1786, whereby the provisions of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Maketu Development Scheme.

ALL that area of land in the Waiariki Native Land Court District, containing 30 acres 0 roods 27 perches, more or less, called or known as Pukaingataru B 24D, and situate in the Maketu Survey District.

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 13th day of January, 1932, and published in Gazette No. 6 of the 21st day of the same month at page 115, whereby the provisions of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Te Kaha Development Scheme.

ALL that area of land in the Waiariki Native Land Court District, containing 3 roods 2 perches, more or less, and called or known as Te Kaha B 6M 3.

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 28th day of July, 1936, and published in Gazette No. 55 of the 20th day of August of the same year at page 1622, whereby the provisions of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Te Arawa Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 18th day of December, 1930, and published in Gazette No. 90 of the 23rd day of the same month at page 3908, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Whakatohea Development Scheme.

Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licenses under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936
Radio-manufacturing Industry
W. G. Hopwood, Spreydon Radio Service, 126 Cobham Street, Spreydon, Christchurch, has applied for a license to manufacture two hundred radio receiving-sets.
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit
W. and F. W. Clearwater, Main Street, Morven, have applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on the kerbside fronting service-station premises situated at Main Street, Morven.
D. A. and N. K. McRae, Mangamuka Bridge, have applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on the kerbside fronting proposed new garage premises at Mangamuka Bridge.
Gisborne Co-operative Farmers’ Products, Ltd., 125 Bright Street, Gisborne, has applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed at premises at 125 Bright Street, Gisborne.
Donald Reid and Co., Ltd., 43 Jetty Street, Dunedin, has applied for permission to shift one pump from premises situated at 43 Jetty Street, Dunedin, to new premises at corner of Jetty and Crawford Streets, Dunedin.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than the 18th day of April, 1946, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
