CORRIGENDUM
IN the New Zealand Gazette No. 1, dated 10th January, 1946, on page 25, under the heading “Notices to Persons affected by Applications for Licenses under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936,” notice was given of an application having been made by T. Busby, 8 Goldie Street, Auckland, for a license to manufacture radio receiving-sets. The name of the applicant, “T. Busby,” is hereby amended to read “T. Burley.”

Revoking the Prohibition of Navigation of Aircraft over New Zealand

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section six of the Air Navigation Act, 1931, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the proclamation dated the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one*, which prohibited the navigation of aircraft over New Zealand.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of December, 1945.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off Edinburgh Street, in the City of Christchurch, of a Width less than 66 ft. but not less than 40 ft., subject to Conditions as to the Building-line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 16th day of January, 1946

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Christchurch City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet but not less than forty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, and 14 of a subdivision of the land fronting the said street, as shown on the plan referred to in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of the said street, or on Lots 15 and 16 of the said subdivision within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, being part Lot 2, D.P. 6816, and part Lot 4, D.P. 1385, being part Rural Section 76. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120680, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Altering and redefining the Boundaries of the Marlborough Coast Rabbit District.—(Notice No. Ag. 4251)

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 27th day of December, 1945
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS by section thirty-one of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, it is enacted that the Governor-General, at the request of the Board of any rabbit district, may, by Order in Council, alter and redefine the boundaries of its district:
And whereas the district known as the Marlborough Coast Rabbit District has been constituted under and for the purposes of the said Act:
And whereas the Board of the said district has, pursuant to the said section thirty-one of the said Act, requested that the boundaries of its district be altered and redefined by excluding an area therefrom:
And whereas it is deemed expedient to alter and redefine the boundaries of the said district accordingly:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby—
(1) Alter and redefine the boundaries of the said district so constituted as aforesaid;
(2) Declare that the boundaries of the said district shall be those set forth in the Schedule hereto; and, further,
(3) Declare that this Order in Council shall come into force of the day following publication hereof in the Gazette.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE MARLBOROUGH COAST RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land in the Marlborough Land District containing approximately 57,600 acres, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the mouth of the Clarence River in Block XI, Puhipuhi Survey District; thence in a westerly, northerly, and north-easterly direction by the middle of the Clarence River to a point due west of the trig. station on Mole Hill, Block XVIII, Whernside Survey District; thence due east to the said trig. station; thence in a northerly direction by the watershed known as the Ladies Range and Front
