Land taken for a Public School in the Borough of Upper Hutt

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for a Public Work in Block X, Mount Fyffe Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twentieth day of October, 1942, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 93 of the twenty-second day of the same month, taking land for a public work, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land no longer required: 1 acre 2 roods. 36·3 perches.
Being part Section 198, District of Kaikoura Suburban.
Situated in Block X, Mount Fyffe Survey District (Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 3753.)
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114496, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of March, 1946.
