A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 19·7 perches.
Being part Allotments 199, 200, 201, and 202, Town of Grahamstown.

Situated in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33561.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122875, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of March, 1946.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre 1 rood.
Being part Lot 12, D.P. 100, being part Section 117; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ROAD CLOSED

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 4 acres 0 roods 23·3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 13 and part Lot 12, D.P. 100, being also part Section 117; coloured green.

All situated in Block XXXII, Hokonui Survey District (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 5641.)

All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122757, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
