Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Revocation of Declaration of Essential Industry No. 113

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Industry No. 113, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 34 of the 13th May, 1943.

Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Revocation of Declaration of Essential Industry No. 118

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Industry No. 118, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 92 of the 15th October, 1942.

Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944.—Revocation of Declaration of Essential Industry No. 122 and Amendments

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Industry No. 122, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 93 of the 22nd October, 1942, together with the amendments thereto, as notified in the New Zealand Gazette No. 103 of the 19th November, 1942, and the New Zealand Gazette No. 56 of the 30th August, 1945.

NOTE.—This revocation affects the industry of teaching in respect of teachers employed in University colleges and agricultural colleges affiliated to the University of New Zealand, teachers’ training colleges, secondary schools, technical schools, combined schools, public schools, and manual-training centres under the control of Education Boards, including Agricultural Instructors employed by Education Boards, students in training in teachers’ training colleges, student teachers in technical and combined schools, and probationary assistants in public schools, and including also teachers employed in registered private schools, and the teaching staff of Native schools and any other schools under the control of the Education Department.

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Undertakings No. 126, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 112 of 17th December, 1942, together with the amendment thereto, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 114 of 23rd December, 1942.
