Land proclaimed as a Road in Block IV, Waoku Survey District,
North Auckland Land District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as a road the land in the Waoku Survey District described
in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

0 0 35 O.L.C. 80; coloured yellow.
0 1 14 Land in Proclamation 6828, being part O.L.C. 89;
coloured sepia.
0 0 23 Land in Proclamation 6828, being part O.L.C. 80;
coloured sepia, edged sepia.

Situated in Block IV, Waoku Survey District. (S.O. plan
32967.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2265L,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, under No. 2945, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 15th day of October, 1945.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid off in Waoku Survey District, North
Auckland Land District, to be a Public Road

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was,
by an order of the Native Land Court made on the fourteenth
day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, duly laid
off as a road-line in pursuance of sections one hundred and sixty-two,
four hundred and seventy-eight, four hundred and seventy-nine, and
four hundred and eighty-two of the Native Land Act, 1931 :

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the
public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a
public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded
to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and
eighty-six of the said Act :

And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention
to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by
the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district con-
cerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred and
eighty-seven of the said Act :

And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should
be proclaimed as a public road :

Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise
of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven
of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road
the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.

off as a road-line in pursuance of section four hundred and eighty-three
of the Native Land Act, 1931 :

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the
public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a
public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to
the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six
of the said Act :

an order of the Native Land Court made on the eleventh
day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, duly
laid out as a road-line in pursuance of sections one hundred and
sixty-two, four hundred and seventy-seven, four hundred and
seventy-eight, and four hundred and seventy-nine of the Native
Land Act, 1931 :
