In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122344, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Additional Land taken for a Secondary School in the Borough of New Plymouth [L.S.] C. L. N. NEWALL, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 acre 2 roods 33-5 perches. Being Sections 2317, 2318, 2319, 2320, and 2353, Town of New Plymouth, and part Section H, New Plymouth Town Belt.
Situated in the Borough of New Plymouth (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8198.) In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122392, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

NEWALL, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the thirtieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 105 of the second day of December of the same year, at page 1421, taking land for public works, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
