CROWN LANDS NOTICE
Land in North Auckland Land District for Selection on Optional Tenures
North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 2nd October, 1945.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned property is open for selection on optional tenures under the Land Act, 1924; and applications will be received at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 4 o'clock p.m. on Monday, 19th November, 1945.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Wednesday, 21st November, 1945, at 10 o'clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
Applicants are required to produce for inspection when examined documentary evidence of their financial position and farming experience.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants, and the successful applicant is required to pay immediately at conclusion of ballot a deposit comprising the first half-year's rent, broken-period rent, and lease fee.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SECOND-CLASS LAND Bay of Islands County.—Ruapekapeka Parish
ALLOTMENT 118: Area, 10 acres 3 roods 9 perches. Capital value, £25. Deposit on deferred payments, £5. Half-yearly instalment on deferred payments (term: ten years), £1 6s. 4d. Renewable lease: Half-yearly rent, 10s.
Allotment 119: Area, 38 acres 2 roods 7 perches. Capital value, £60. Deposit on deferred payments, £10. Half-yearly instalment on deferred payments (term: ten years), £3 5s. 8d. Renewable lease: Half-yearly rent, £1 4s.
Both allotments are situated on the Kawakawa–Pakaru Road, six miles from Kawakawa Township, eight miles from Moerewa Saleyards, and four miles from Taumarere Railway-station. They comprise flat to easy land in short manuka and wiwi rushes, mostly ploughable but poorly watered. The soil is poor clay resting on sandstone. The land is suitable for farming in conjunction with other land in the vicinity.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES
EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 214, folio 98 (Auckland Registry), for Lots 44, 46, and 48 on Deposited Plan 7764, being part of the Ruakaka Block, Aroha Survey District, and of certificate of title, Vol. 301, folio 10 (Auckland Registry), for Lots 43, 45, and 47 on Deposited Plan 7764, being part of the Ruakaka Block, Aroha Survey District, both in favour of JOHN ROBINSON, of Te Aroha, Carrier and Stable-proprietor, having been lodged with me together with an application for new certificates of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title after fourteen days from 4th October, 1945.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in the name of WILLIAM NELSON RUSSELL, of Dannevirke, Sheep-farmer, for all that parcel of land containing 12 acres and 2 roods, more or less, situate in Block I of the Heretaunga Survey District, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 6923, being part of Block 37 of the Puketapu Crown Grant District, and part of Section 1R, Block I of the Heretaunga Survey District, and being the whole of the land in certificate of title, H.B. Vol. 109, folio 145, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the new certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
