Additional Land taken for Housing Purposes in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1945.

Declaring Land taken for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 3 acres 0 roods 4·5 perches.

Being part Section 50s, Reporoa Settlement.

Situated in Block X, Paeroa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27972.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89547, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1945.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 25·6 perches.

Being Lot 23, D.P. 13181, being part Lot 15 of Allotment 24, Parish of Titirangi.

Situated in Block XV, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23981.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster’s residence); and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 25·6 perches.

Being Lot 23, D.P. 13181, being part Lot 15 of Allotment 24, Parish of Titirangi.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 25·43 perches.

Being part land on D.P. 9655, being part Section 3, Wainui District.

Situated in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District. (S.O. 21300.)
