Land taken for a Public School in the City of Lower Hutt

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—
A. R. P. Being
0 2 17·1 Part Lot l, D.P. 1139, and being part Section 39, Hutt District ; coloured sepia.
1 1 29·4 Part Lot 2, D.P. 1139, and being part Section 39, Hutt District ; coloured blue.
Situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 21230.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121736, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of September 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 22·04 perches. Being part Lot 115, D.P. 392, being part Section 12, Ohiro District. Situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 21322.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122226, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a roadman's cottage; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 6 acres 0 roods 25·8 perches. Being part Pahiitaua A IA Block. Situated in Block VII, Mata Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4314.) In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121546, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster's residence); and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 9·72 perches. Being Lot 1, D.P. 10375, being part Section 1, Township of Carterton. Situated in Block X, Tiffin Survey District (Borough of Carterton). (S.O. 21319.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122147, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1945.
