In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of
CLIFFORD’S PHARMACY, LIMITED (in Liquidation).
Before the Honourable Mr. Justice Kennedy
Friday, the 10th day of August, 1945.
UPON motion made unto this Court by counsel on behalf of
William Power Charles Clifford, a contributory of the above-
named company, and upon reading the affidavit of the said William
Power Charles Clifford dated the 17th day of May, 1945, and filed
herein, and the Exhibit D therein referred to (being the consent of
the other shareholders of the above-named company to the stay of
all proceedings), and upon reading the affidavit of John Stuart
McInnes, the receiver and liquidator of the above-named company,
dated the 16th day of May, 1945, and the Exhibit A therein referred
to (being his report on the affairs of the above-named company as
such receiver and liquidator), and upon reading the further affidavit
of the said John Stuart McInnes dated the 8th day of June, 1945,
and filed herein, the Court doth order that all further proceedings in
relation to the winding-up of the above-named company be stayed,
and it is ordered that an office copy of this order be delivered to the
Registrar of Companies or to the Assistant-Registrar of Companies
at Dunedin on his behalf; and it is further ordered that this order be
advertised once in the New Zealand Gazette within one calendar
month from the date thereof.

PURSUANT to the Companies Act, 1933, notice is hereby given
that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named
company, duly convened and held on the 20th day of August, 1945,
the following special resolution was passed :—
“ That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mrs.
K. L. MILLER, of Greenmeadows, be and she is hereby appointed
liquidator of the company.”

PURSUANT to section 222 of the Companies Act, 1933, notice
is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the
above-named company, duly convened and held on the 13th day of
August, 1945, the following special resolution was duly passed :—
“ 1. That the company be wound up voluntarily ;
“ 2. That Mr. FRANK MOGRIDGE, of Blenheim, Public Account-
ant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting
between HAROLD HALL SKINLEY, CLAUDE SIDNEY PULLAN,
and ALFRED FREDERICK GEORGE WINTER, carrying on business as
Motor-body Builders and Car Renovators at Wellington under the
style or firm of “ Morgan and Son,” has been dissolved as from 31st
day of March, 1945. All debts to and owing by the said late firm will
be received and paid respectively by CLAUDE SIDNEY PULLAN and
ALFRED FREDERICK GEORGE WINTER, who will continue to carry
on the said business in a new partnership under the same name.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS
UNDER the Regulations Act, 1936, statutory regulations
of general legislative force are no longer published
in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one
or more of the following arrangements:—
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing)
subscription 30s. per annum in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
25s. (Volumes for years 1940, 1941, and 1942 are
out of print.)
(3) Serially as issued and annual bound volume, as in
(1) and (2) above, on combined subscription basis,
42s. per annum in advance.
(4) Separate regulations as issued.
(5) Loose-leaf binder for filing serial issues, 10s. 6d.;
postage free.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon, facili-
tating the purchase of extra copies.
Orders on the subscription basis should be placed now
with the Government Printer, Wellington. Separate copies
may be purchased at the Chief Post-offices at Auckland,
Christchurch, or Dunedin.
THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of
£3 3s. per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN
ADVANCE.
Single copies of the Gazette as follows:—
Ordinary Weekly Gazette: For the first 32 pages, 9d.,
increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or
part thereof; postage, 1d.
Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes: For the
first 8 pages, 6d.; over 8 pages and not exceeding
32 pages, 9d., increasing by 3d. for every subsequent
16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line
for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and
any subsequent insertions.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday
evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be
received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the
day preceding publication.
