OAKLEIGH PLANTATIONS, LIMITED

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of Oakleigh Plantations, Limited (in Voluntary Liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 222, subsection (1), of the Companies Act, 1933, that at a meeting of shareholders of the above company held on the 7th day of August, 1945, the following resolution was passed as a special resolution :—

“That this company be wound up voluntarily.”

The meeting also passed a resolution—

“That NORMAN JOHN CUNINGHAM ANDERSON, of Christchurch, Company Secretary, be and is hereby appointed liquidator.”

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

WE, THOMAS HENRY HALE, of Takapuna, near Auckland, Baker, and VICTOR THOMAS HALE, of Takapuna aforesaid, Baker, heretofore trading in partnership as Bakers and Pastrycooks at Takapuna, Auckland, under the name or style of “T. H. Hale and Sons,” hereby give notice that the said partnership is, as and from the 3rd day of August, 1945, dissolved by mutual consent, and that the business heretofore carried on by the said partnership will be carried on by the said VICTOR THOMAS HALE alone.

NOTICE is hereby given that BROWN AND BECKETT, LIMITED, has changed its name to BROWN AND McCHEANE, LIMITED, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name.
