Land in the Auckland Land District forfeited
Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, 31st July, 1945.
NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the undermentioned land having been declared forfeit by resolution of the Auckland Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

Land in the Nelson Land District acquired for a State Forest

Wellington, 14th August, 1945.
NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1921–22, for the purposes of a State forest.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY
All that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 3,090 acres 0 roods 7 perches, more or less, and being Sections 11, 12, 13, and 14, District of Upper Motueka, and part of Sections 3 and 16 of Square 45, parts being Lot III on D.P. 84 and Lot 3 on D.P. 1645, situated in Blocks X and XIV, Gordon Survey District, and parts of Section 21 of Square 35, situated in Block XIV, Gordon Survey District, being the lands comprised and described in certificates of title, Vol. 44, folio 75, Vol. 46, folio 100, Vol. 93, folio 12. As the same is delineated on plan No. 108/54, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1921–22, for the purposes of a State forest.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY
All those areas in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing 2,497 acres 2 roods 3 perches, more or less, and described as follows: All that area containing 1,639 acres 0 roods 20 perches, more or less, being parts of Sections 45, 46, and 47 of Square 5, Sections 43, 44, 45, and part of Section 46 of Square 6, and Sections 30, 31, and 32, Block XIV, Wai-iti Survey District: save and excepting all public roads; save and excepting from Sections 45, 46, and 47 of Square 5 and Sections 43, 44, 45, and 46 of Square 6 the stream known as Stanley Brook; and save and excepting from Sections 45, 46, and 47 of Square 5 and Section 46 of Square 6 a surveyed but unlegalized road, allowance for such exceptions having been made in the area.
Also all that area containing 858 acres 1 rood 23 perches, more or less, being Sections 11 and 12, Block XIII, Wai-iti Survey District, and parts of Sections 88, 89, 91, 92, and 95 of Square 5, and parts of Section 55, District of Upper Motueka, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by Section 2, Block XIII, Wai-iti Survey District; towards the south by Section 9, Block XIII aforesaid; towards the east by Oliver’s Road, by Section 13, Block XIII aforesaid, and again by Oliver’s Road; towards the south and south-east by Section 1, Block I, Gordon Survey District; towards the west by the railway reserve; and towards the north-west by Sections 65, 3, and 4, Block XIII aforesaid: save and excepting Oliver’s Road. Also a strip of land 15 ft. wide, being part of the said Section 55, bounded towards the east by the railway reserve; towards the south by another part of the said Section 55; towards the west by an unlegalized road; and towards the north by another part of the said Section 55.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 102/7, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue. Certificates of title, Vol. 14, folio 176; Vol. 27, folio 93; Vol. 28, folio 88; Vol. 30, folio 168; Vol. 71, folio 292; Vol. 72, folios 21, 22, and 132.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES
EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 732, folio 234 (Auckland Registry), for Lot 228 on Deposited Plan 22848 (Town of Waiheke Extension No. 57), being part of the block called Te Huruhi No. 5A, in favour of WALTER MARSDEN, of Christchurch, Minister of Religion, and of certificate of title, Vol. 467, folio 91 (Auckland Registry), for Lot 9 on Deposited Plan 10179, Town of Helensville Extension No. 6, being portion of Section 1A of Block XIV of the Kaipara Survey District, in favour of PARAKAI HOUSE, LIMITED, carrying on business at Helensville, having been lodged with me together with applications for new certificates of title in lieu thereof, and evidence of the loss of the outstanding copy of Memorandum of Lease No. 10294, affecting Lot 24 on Deposited Plan 8985, being part of Allotments 22 and 23 of Section 13 of the Suburbs of Auckland, being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 686, folio 56 (Auckland Registry), given by the Auckland Harbour Board, as lessor, and JESSIE MATHIESON GEMMELL, of Auckland, Spinster, as lessee, having been lodged with me together with an application to register evidence of marriage and surrender of the said lease without production of the outstanding copy thereof in terms of section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title and to register such evidence of marriage and surrender after fourteen days from 16th August, 1945.

Vol. 54, folio 100, and in Memorandum of Lease 8101, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said memorandum of lease, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional lease as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
