Price Order No. 406 (Amending Price Order No. 128) (Eggs)
Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—
- This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 406, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 128† (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
- This Order shall come into force on the 20th day of August, 1945.
- The Second and Third Schedules to the principal Order, as set out in Price Order No. 398‡, are hereby revoked and the following Schedule substituted therefor respectively:—

Inner Harbour.—Light discontinued.—Light altered
(1) Position: End of Western Pier. Lat., 39° 28′·7 S.; long., 176° 53′·8 E. (approx.).
Details: The flashing white light in the above position has been discontinued.
(2) Position: End of Eastern Pier. Lat., 39° 28′·7 S.; long., 176° 53′·9 E. (approx.).
Details: The southern limit of the western white sector of the light has been altered from 091° to 067°.

(2) Wairoa: Light discontinued
(1) Position: Lat., 39° 04′ S.; long., 177° 50′ E (approx.).
Details: The leading lights (in line 049°), the wharf light with white, red, and green sectors and the occulting white light on the front anchorage beacon, have been discontinued.
(2) Position: Lat., 39° 03′ S.; long., 177° 25′ E (approx.).
Details: The fixed light in this position has been discontinued.
