(4) The payment of such instalments shall be made in New Zealand, and no such instalments shall be paid out of loan-moneys.
(5) The rate payable for brokerage, underwriting, and procurement fees in respect of the borrowing of the said sum or any part thereof shall not in the aggregate exceed one-half per centum of any amount raised.
(6) No moneys shall be borrowed under this consent after the expiration of two years from the date hereof.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold: 1 acre 3 roods 5·2 perches.
Being part Lot 9, D.P. 13974, and being part Allotment 16, Pukekohe Parish.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the seventeenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, and published in the Gazette of the eighteenth day of that month appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Braeburn Domain, and doth hereby appoint

John Richard Marris,
John James Esler,
Henry John Ellison,
Awatole Borcovsky,
Norman Watson,
George Philip Bailey, and
Herbert John McCaa

to be the Braeburn Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Tutaki Public School, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for a vice-regal residence:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for a site for a kindergarten:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a vice-regal residence to a reserve for a site for a kindergarten.

ALL that area in the City of Wellington, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 7·38 perches, more or less, being part of Town Belt adjoining Town of Wellington, bounded commencing at a point bearing 103° 14′ 20″ and distant 45·45 links from the southernmost corner of Section 758, Town of Wellington; thence along a right line bearing 13° 16′ 40″ distance 145·46 links; along an arc of radius 18·18 links turning in a north-easterly direction for 28·56 links; along a right line bearing 103° 16′ 40″ distance 145·46 links; along an arc of radius 18·18 links turning in a south-easterly direction for 28·56 links; and along right lines bearing 193° 16′ 40″ distance 145·46 links and bearing 283° 16′ 40″ distance 181·82 links to the point of commencement. And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for buildings of the General Government:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a site for a post and telegraph office to a reserve for buildings of the General Government.

ALL that area containing 32·12 perches, more or less, being part of Section 3, Block XI, Town of Wanaka. Bounded towards the north-east by Ardmore Street, 105·36 links; towards the south-east by Section 4, 191·1 links; towards the south-west by Section 6, 104·79 links, and towards the north-west by other part of said Section 3, 191·1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/3/387c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Revoking the Reservation over a Reserve in Inangahua Survey District, Nelson Land District

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for gravel purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.


SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Inangahua County, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 1 rood 22·8 perches, more or less, being part Section 41, Block V, Inangahua Survey District, and being the residue of gravel reserve set aside in New Zealand Gazette, 1907, page 1934, after portion of reserve was taken for railway (New Zealand Gazette, 1913, page 146). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/5/327, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
