Economic Stabilization Emergency Regulations 1942.—Wartime Price Index
In accordance with Regulation 41 of the Economic Stabilization Emergency Regulations 1942, it is hereby notified that the wartime price index as at the 15th day of June, 1945 (on base: 15th December, 1942 = 1000), was 1005. This figure indicates that, after seasonal adjustment has been made in respect of certain commodities the prices of which are subject to seasonal movement, the general level of prices of commodities, &c., included in the wartime price index was 0·5 per cent. higher at 15th June, 1945, than at 15th December, 1942.
