2P 1, 2P 4, and 2L 1B 1 Blocks to the Mokau River; thence south-
westery down that river to the south-western boundary of Kai-
ngapipi No. 11A 2 Block; thence northward generally along the
said south-western boundary, to and across the Auckland–Wellington
Main Highway, south-westerly along that highway, to and in a
northerly direction generally along the eastern side of the Mairoa
Main Highway to the southern boundary of Section 1, Block VIII,
Maungamangero Survey District; along the southern and western
boundaries of that section and the western boundaries of Sections 2,
3, and 4 of the said Block VIII, and the western boundary of
Section 6, Block IV, Maungamangero Survey District, to and along
the southern and eastern side of the Te Anga–Te Kumi Main
Highway and the eastern side of Waipapa Road, to and along the
north-western boundaries of Kinohaku East No. 2 Sections 25B 2B
and 21B 2B Blocks, and the eastern boundary of Section 9, Block XVI,
Kawhia South Survey District, to the point of commencement.

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the
Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose
for which it was acquired.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold: 21·69
perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 1517, part Section 25 (Hutt R.D.) (City of Lower
Hutt).
Situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69522, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.
