Land taken for Road in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, Waikato County

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

A. R. P. Being
0 0 4·9 Part Allotment 183, Kirikiriroa Parish; coloured yellow.
0 1 21·6 Part Lot 3, D.P. 12521, and being part Allotment 128, Kirikiriroa Parish; coloured blue.

Situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32510.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121374, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 25·7 perches. Being Lot 71, D.P. 1055, and being part Allotment 32, Section 2, Parish of Takapuna.

Situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District (Borough of Devonport) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33509.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120979, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Native school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres. Being part Motatau 5E 10B Block.

Situated in Block VIII, Punakitere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33369.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121065, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a cemetery and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Balclutha as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9 acres 0 roods 32 perches.

Being part Section 24, Block XVII, Town of Balclutha (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9432.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121259, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1945.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 1·95 perches. Being Lot 4 and part Lot 2, Block II, D.P. A 2356, being parts Sections 10 and 45, Wainui District.

Situated in Block II, Paekakariki Survey District. (S.O. 21276.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121415, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
