twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 0 roods
15·5 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Lot 8 on D.P. 19039, being part
Section 36.

Situated in Block XI, Patetere North Survey District (Auckland
