The Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943.—Notice declaring Land taken for the Settlement of a Discharged Serviceman

WHEREAS an application has been made for the consent of the Land Sales Court to a transaction which relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto and to which Part III of the Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943, applies:
And whereas the Land Sales Committee to which the application has been referred is of opinion that the land to which the application relates is farm land suitable for the settlement of a discharged serviceman:
And whereas the said committee, not being satisfied that the Crown had decided not to acquire or arrange for the acquisition of the land, did on the 14th day of June, 1945, make an order determining the basic value of the land and no appeal from the said order was made within the time prescribed by the said Act or within any further time allowed by the Court:
And whereas the said land is not the land of any serviceman who is for the time being serving outside New Zealand in any of His Majesty’s Forces or in any British ship:
Now, therefore, the Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of section 51 of the said Act, doth hereby declare that the said land is taken for the settlement of a discharged serviceman, and hereby specifies the 3rd day of August, 1945, as the date on which the said land shall be deemed to be vested in His Majesty the King.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land containing fifty (50) acres one (1) rood two (2) perches, more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 20940, being portion of Allotment 1 of the Parish of Mangatawhiri, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 483, folio 209 (Auckland Registry).
As witness my hand, this 2nd day of July, 1945.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land containing eighty-four (84) acres two (2) roods seven (7) perches, more or less, being parts of Sections 58, 59, and 140, District of Waimea South, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 18, folio 298 (Nelson Registry).

ALL that parcel of land containing forty-six (46) acres two (2) roods and decimal three (0·3) perches, more or less, being parts Section 38, Block I, Waoku Survey District, and being the residue of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 237, folio 238.
Also all those parcels of land containing one hundred and twenty-eight (128) acres two (2) roods five (5) perches, more or less, being Sections 39, 40, 49, and 52, Block I, Waoku Survey District, and being all the land comprised in certificates of title, Vol. 65, folio 253, Vol. 65, folio 17, and Vol. 310, folio 128 (Auckland Registry).

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Undertakings (No. 28), as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 23 of 5th March, 1942.
Dated this 30th day of June, 1945.

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 11 of the Industrial Man-power Emergency Regulations 1944, the Minister of Industrial Man-power doth hereby revoke the Declaration of Essential Undertakings (No. 52), as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 36 of 9th April, 1942. This revocation affects the undertakings set forth hereunder:—
