The Northern Side of an Unnamed Road in Block VI, Waitara Survey District, Clifton County, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Clifton County Council on the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, in so far as it affects the side of the road described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:-
"That the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the unnamed road which runs along the southern boundary of part Section 24, Block VI, Waitara Survey District, for a distance of 14 chains from the junction of the said unnamed road with Waihi Road, Tikorangi District";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the unnamed road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said road.
SCHEDULE
THE northern side of an unnamed road situated in the Taranaki Land District, Clifton County, fronting Lot 3, D.P. 4365, being part Section 24, Tikorangi District, Block VI, Waitara Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121410, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of an Unnamed Road, in the County of Vincent, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Vincent County Council on the twenty-second day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, the side and portion of road affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:-
"The Vincent County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Vincent, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the southern portion of road adjoining subdivision of part Section 16, Block I, Lower Hawea Survey District, comprised in C.T. 86/64";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of the unnamed road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE
THE southern side of all that portion of unnamed road situated in the Otago Land District, County of Vincent, fronting Section 16, Block I, Lower Hawea Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120858, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Road, in the County of Rodney, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

HIS EXCELLENCE THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Rodney County Council on the twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, viz.:-
"The Rodney County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Rodney, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to those portions of the road fronting the eastern boundary generally of part Allotment 169, Oruawharo Parish, being all the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 518, folio 80, which are less than sixty-six feet wide";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side generally of the portions of road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of road.
SCHEDULE
ALL those portions of road situated in the North Auckland Land District, County of Rodney, fronting parts Allotment 169, Oruawharo Parish, part of such land being more particularly described as Suburban Lot 2 and part Lot 1, Deeds Plan C. 10. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121095, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Revoking Order in Council of the 3rd July, 1935, licensing the Benara Timber Company, Limited, to use and occupy a Part of the Foreshore below Low-water Mark at Westhaven as a Site for a Wharf and Tram-line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, and published in the Gazette of the eleventh day of the same month, at page 1860, the Benara Timber Company, Limited (hereinafter called "the company"), was licensed to occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Westhaven in order to maintain a wharf and tram-line thereon :
And whereas the company has applied to have the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council revoked, and it is desirable to revoke same : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, as from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred forty-five.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Milk Act, 1944 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby order and declare as follows :-
- This Order may be cited as the Auckland Metropolitan Milk Board Constitution Order 1945.
