HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public
Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling
him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
approve of the following resolution passed by the Marton Borough
Council on the second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-five, viz. :—

“ The Marton Borough Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the Borough of Marton, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to the eastern side of the portion of Stewart Street
adjoining that piece of land being part of Section 17, Rangi-
tikei Agricultural Reserve, in the Town of Marton, and being
Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 3337, and being part of the land
comprised in Certificate of Title, Register-book, Volume 236,
folio 130 (Wellington Registry) ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the
portion of Stewart Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within
a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion
of street.

THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the
Wellington Land District, Borough of Marton, known as Stewart
Street, fronting Lot 1, D.P. 3337, being part Section 17, Rangitikei
Agricultural Reserve. As the said portion of street is more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121569, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling
him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the

Council on the tenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-three, viz. :—

“ The Wellington City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolu-
tion declares that the provisions of section one hundred and
twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to
that part of the southern side of Dransfield Street and the
eastern side of Liardet Street fronting part Lots 428 and 429
and Lots 425, 426, 427, D.P. 52, being the lots comprised in
Certificate of Title 435/102 ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the
portion of Dransfield Street and the eastern side of the portion of
Liardet Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance
of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of
streets.

THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Wel-
lington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Dransfield
Street, fronting part Section 15, Ohiro District, being parts Lots
428 and 429, Township of Vogeltown.

Also the eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the
said land district and city, known as Liardet Street, fronting part of
the said Section 15, being Lots 425, 426, 427, and part Lot 428,
Township of Vogeltown.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 119893, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the

approve of the following resolution passed by the Mount Eden
Borough Council on the seventeenth day of April, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-five, the portion of street affected by such
resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto,
viz. :—

“ That the Mount Eden Borough Council, being the local
authority having control of the streets in the Borough of
Mount Eden, by resolution declares that the provisions of
section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works
Act, 1928, shall not apply to the portion of south side of
View Road fronting part of Allotment 3, Section 10, Suburbs
of Auckland, comprised in C.T. 568/126 ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of
the portion of View Road (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the
said portion of street.

Auckland Land District, Borough of Mount Eden, known as View
Road, fronting part of Lot 14 on a plan lodged in the Deeds
Register Office at Auckland as No. 1355, and being part of
Allotment 3 of Section 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland ; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
121488, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
