Decisions of the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decisions have been made in respect of applications for licenses.

For a variation of his existing license in respect of the “Rosalie,” Wn. 89, using set-nets, drag-nets, long lines, and hand-lines, catches of which are landed at Wellington, so as to permit him to operate a new 48 ft. vessel (to be built) to be powered with two 40 h.p. Dieseled motors, using purse-seine nets, set-nets, long lines, and hand-lines, catches to be landed at Auckland
